The CI fact cited previously has changed: exact-head fork Build 41162613640 is now successful, superseding the earlier cancelled/incomplete run. My existing source conclusion remains clear. Apache's current check rollup is still empty, so check adoption and independent maintainer approval remain separate gates. No additional source change or sync is requested just for the recorded branch drift. I am the author and cannot independently approve this PR.
