The CI fact cited previously has changed: exact-head Build 41568888324 failed in unit-test JDK 11 Ubuntu. PipelineCleanupRecordHazelcastSerializationTest.testPutAndGetAcrossMembers:56 -> createHazelcastInstance:112 reports BindException: Address already in use. This is a Hazelcast test-node bind failure, separate from this Oracle change; latest dev has no demonstrated fix in that fixture, so sync alone is not an established remedy. Retry the failed lane after checking for an active attempt, and inspect port allocation/lifecycle if it repeats. The existing Oracle custom-query guard coverage blocker remains; the previous head's Maven-download 429 is not the diagnosis for this run.
