The CI fact cited previously has changed: exact-head fork Build 41165429981 failed. The Windows JDK 17 unit log identifies a shared test-compilation error at CoordinatorServiceTest.java:379: thenReturn(Member) cannot satisfy the method's MemberImpl return type. The unit matrices and many IT prerequisites therefore fail before validating their tests. Please align the fixture/mock with the concrete return contract and rerun compilation before rerunning the broad matrix; do not treat dozens of downstream red lanes as independent connector regressions. This observed compile failure blocks validation and supersedes the earlier source-clear/unfinished-CI state. No upstream fix has been established for this exact compile mismatch, so a blind sync is not the proposed remedy.
