The earlier 'no current-head fork Build' statement is obsolete: run
41570853043 has executed and failed. All four unit matrices report
SourceCheckpointLockHandoffTest lifecycle/timer tests (including lines 324 and
296) with NullPointerException; inspect their fixture initialization and retain
the lifecycle-handoff assertions before rerunning. Separately, Build website
fails after npm install, in team:contributors ->
tools/generate-team-pr-contributors.js with fetch failed. I checked
apache/seatunnel-website's current contributor generator: its fetch still fails
the prebuild and no corresponding retry/fallback fix is present. A simple
SeaTunnel sync is not an established fix; retry that website lane after
connectivity recovers or wait for a website-side fix. Do not add unrelated
dependencies here. The existing regression-coverage blocker remains
independently.

   CI reference: [Build
41570853043](https://github.com/DanielLeens/seatunnel/actions/runs/41570853043).

This updates CI/merge facts on the already-reviewed head; it is not another
full source review. No local runtime testing was performed. Daniel has READ
permission; effective maintainer approval/dismissal remains separate.
