The earlier queued-CI statement is obsolete: exact-head Build 41568533592 has failed in three lanes. Unit-test JDK 17 Windows reports ApplicationLifecycleTest.driverInitializationIsBoundedByStartupTimeout:574 (expected true, got false); all-connectors-it-5 JDK 11 fails TiDBCDCIT startup; SFTP JDK 17 cannot load MavenWrapperMain before tests. These are distinct failures: inspect the bounded-startup timing evidence, retry the TiDB setup lane with container logs, and restore the wrapper bootstrap/download in the SFTP runner. No corresponding upstream fixture fix was established, so syncing alone is not a demonstrated remedy. The existing MySQL CDC unit-boundary regression request remains a separate source blocker; cancelled lanes do not validate it.
