The previously queued Build is now failed/timed out: fork run 41569079268 completed/cancelled, with engine-v2-it JDK 11 failing BackpressureSlowSinkIT (expected three checkpoints, observed two); 64 other lanes were cancelled. Latest dev contains #12316 (f867a5410f0), which changes checkpoint-lock handoff/fairness and this backpressure regression fixture, while this head does not. Please sync latest dev including that fix (ahead 6 / behind 64), then rerun the failed and required cancelled lanes. This is a specific upstream-fix lead, not a claim that cancelled lanes passed. My prior source conclusion remains clear; draft/readiness and independent approval remain separate.
