We are storing entire content of the Sentry service in a database. It would be
useful to have a sentry tool that would be able to dump entire content in
sentry specific format (that will be independent on the used database backend)
and it's counterpart that would be able to read this format and load the data
into another instance of the Sentry Service.
Such tool can be very helpful for:
* Backups
* Migration from one backend store to another
* Debugging content of the underlying database
