I reverted the use of authorizables for now, as part of sentry-153 by
https://github.com/apache/incubator-sentry/blob/master/sentry-provider/sentry-provider-db/src/main/java/org/apache/sentry/provider/db/SimpleDBProviderBackend.java#L81
Lets add it back once we identify/fix all the bugs exposed by Sentry-153, to
not cause destabilization.
