These are mostly due to the filter push-down patch :
* TestConfigTool.testQueryPermissions:274 Query should have failed with
insufficient perms
* TestPerDBConfiguration.testDefaultDb:397 Expected SQLException for 'USE
default'
* TestPerDBConfiguration.testDefaultDBwithDbPolicy:456 Expected SQLException
for 'SELECT * FROM dtab'
