Attaching the fix and test cases. Although test cases are not able to actually
test the fix due to:
"Load data inpath /path into table tb1" and "create external table tab1(a int)
LOCATION '/path/" seem to be looking for files on local file system (when
creating/loading the files. For semantic analysis, it is still checking
hdfs::/path) even when hive warehouse is on hdfs.
