Good question and interesting idea [~tctruong213]. SENTRY-199 has created 
utility to convert privileges from the policy files into database provider. If 
the "dump" portion would dump data into correct policy file then you would be 
completely correct. I was originally thinking about having some special 
intermediate data format specific to Sentry, but you're right - this format can 
possibly be an valid policy file.
