For forward compatible, the old argument should be work.
In my patch,Sentry Server will use {{sentry-site.xml}} in "{{conf}}" by default
and allow to alternate conf location, if user set sentry configuration file
using {{" -c "}} or {{" --conffile "}}, it won't use default config.
