The newly created privilege can be different from the one request privilege is
a subset of existing privilege, eg if you add SELECT when the role already has
ALL, then we'll not add select. The createTime also reset to the one on server.
This is covered in SENTRY-359 patch. (was very useful for unit tests as well :)
