Method getServiceMeta class NewService is a new method in version consul-api 1.4.1, It is not compatible with version consul-api 1.3.0. We hope that users can choose the spring cloud 1.x or 2.x, so alpha dependences spring-cloud-starter-consul 2.1.1 and spring-cloud-starter-consul 1.3.5 spring-cloud-starter-consul 2.1.1.
