liubao68 commented on issue #1659: 调用微服务接口报heartbeat fail，Failed to create SSL connection URL: https://github.com/apache/servicecomb-java-chassis/issues/1659#issuecomment-603224376 从服务端日志看， 和 service-center, 和 rest://18.35.41.171:9086 的连接都失败了， 很可能是这个节点和其他服务的网络不可达。 也可能这个服务出现了类似挂死的故障，可以观察下这个服务的CPU或者内存是否特别高。
