This is a useful api, but the description of the previously deleted restful
api document information is not clear. So I added detail description
information for all services that consumers rely on. We hope to develop a new
UI for ServiceCenter, and hope that when there are new services, the UI will
receive real-time push notifications to achieve the goal of "second-level"
monitoring.
