[I] [BUG] - `3.2.4`版本服务连接上注册中心后无法在页面上查看服务契约 [servicecomb-java-chassis]

   ### Steps to Reproduce
   
   使用最新版本`3.2.4`，服务可以正常启动并连接服务中心，而且调用正常，但是在页面上查看服务契约显示空白，而`2.x.x`版本则可以正常显示。
   见下图：
