Resolution: Fixed
Using the default configuration inherited from the parent Apache pom.xml,
together with the {{LICENSE}} and {{NOTICE}} naming convention which seems to
be recommended for Apache projects (see SIS-60), we now have the license and
notice files only in the {{META-INF}} directory. This is slightly different
than the example in the above-cited link, which put those files at the project
root. However I presume that META-INF is the expected location. It also makes
clear that those files are not application resources.
