The WKT 2 {{BoundCRS}} element ([WKT representation of CRS and coordinate
operation
couplets|http://docs.opengeospatial.org/is/12-063r5/12-063r5.html#125]) can be
understood as the successor of the WKT 1 {{TOWGS84}} element. While SIS
supports the legacy {{TOWGS84}}, it does not yet support {{BoundCRS}} because
of the differences in the way to represent the information.
