Conversions of Latitude (φ), Longitude (λ) and ellipsoidal height (h) to
geocentric X,Y,Z coordinates. Code exists in Geotk and can be ported to SIS
after IP review and eventually rewriting some equations from the EPSG guide.

2 – April 2015.
This conversion is part of datum shift transformations.
