Fix For: 0.6, 0.7
Part of Helmert 7-parameter transformations. The matrix form is also known as
the "Bursa-Wolf" formula. This is partially implemented in SIS in the
{{BursaWolfParameters}} class.
This is basically the same transformation than _"Position Vector transformation
(geocentric domain)"_ with the sign of rotation angles reversed.
