Description:
Add JAXB annotations for reading and writing {{DefaultConcatenatedOperation}}
in GML documents.
The implementation will need to recreate the {{MathTransform}} at unmarshalling
time, by overriding the package-private
{{AbstractCoordinateOperation.createMathTransform()}} method.
