Parameters of Molodensky, Position Vector transformation and Coordinate Frame
Rotation operations are missing the EPSG identifiers:

|8605|X-axis translation
|8606|Y-axis translation
|8607|Z-axis translation
|8608|X-axis rotation
|8609|Y-axis rotation
|8610|Z-axis rotation
|8611|Scale difference
|8654|Semi-major axis length difference
|8655|Flattening difference
The numbers in the left columns should be added to the parameter having the
names in the left column.
