Changes the default {{gmd}} namespace from:
* http://schemas.opengis.net/iso/19139/20070417/
To
* http://www.isotc211.org/2005/
and update the {{org.apache.sis.xml.XML}} documentation accordingly. Note that
the new namespace do not match exactly XSD file locations because XSD files are
now under https protocol. Example:
http://schemas.opengis.net/iso/19139/20070417/gco/gcoBase.xsd
