XSD files in the following directories:
* http://www.isotc211.org/2005
* http://standards.iso.org/iso/
Moved to HTTPS protocol:
* https://www.isotc211.org/2005
* https://standards.iso.org/iso/
We need up update the links in test XML files. The old "http" protocol does not
work with our JUnit tests (no redirection happens). Note that XSD files in
http://schemas.opengis.net/ are still under "http" only.
