new 2041caf Allow `imageMargin` to be null if there is no margin to apply.
new b24e1da Add a delay before to set the mouse cursor shape to
`Cursor.WAIT` during rendering. It avoids distraction by continuously changing
mouse shape because of zoom or pan.
