Resolution: Won't Fix
On January 11, 2020, we proposed on the developer mailing list to remove for
now the web application. The reason is that it has been unmaintained since SIS
0.3 and was known to not work anymore. The [wikipage are still
there|https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/SIS/Web+application] but
marked as archived. We close this issue as "will not fix" for now, but will
recreate a new one when (at unknown time) work on a new web server will restart.
