I think we need this a bit different. The time of the last commit would only show that a pod stopped applying packages. What we need is the created time of the message that was committed last. If one pod just committed a message that was created 1 minute before and a another pod has last committed creation time of 1h before then we know that the second pod lags behind. I think we should also name the metric so it is clear that we mean the creation time of the replication that was committed. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
