[SPARK-27556][BUILD] Exclude com.zaxxer:HikariCP-java7 from
hadoop-yarn-server-web-proxy
## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
There are two HikariCP packages in classpath when building with `-Phive
-Pyarn -Phadoop-3.2`.
The HikariCP dependency tree:
