[SPARK-45445][BUILD] Upgrade snappy to 1.1.10.5
### What changes were proposed in this pull request?
The pr aims to upgrade snappy from 1.1.10.4 to 1.1.10.5.
### Why are the changes needed?
- Although the `1.1.10.4` version was upgraded approximately 2-3 weeks ago,
the new version includes some bug fixes, eg:
