[SPARK-53765] Remove Daily `integration-test-linux` GitHub Action job
### What changes were proposed in this pull request?
This PR aims to remove the daily `integration-test-linux` GitHub Action job.
### Why are the changes needed?
This is superseded by the following test coverage. So, we can remove it
safely.
