[SPARK-53953][BUILD][3.5] Bump Avro 1.11.5
### What changes were proposed in this pull request?
As title, bump Avro to the latest patched version (contains security
fixes), for branch-3.5
### Why are the changes needed?

### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
No.
