[SPARK-55084] Update docs to recommend K8s 1.33+
### What changes were proposed in this pull request?
This PR aims to update documentations to recommend K8s v1.33+.
### Why are the changes needed?
K8s v1.32 entered the maintenance on 2025-12-28 and will reach the end of
life on 2026-02-28.

Since we already updated the minimum requirement, we need to make the
documentation up-to-date consistently.
