[SPARK-59956] Use 4.0.5 RC1 for Spark 4.0 integration tests
### What changes were proposed in this pull request?
This PR aims to use `Apache Spark 4.0.5 RC1` for the `integration-test-mac`
job.
### Why are the changes needed?
To test the upcoming `Apache Spark 4.0.5` release candidate in advance.

- https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/spark/v4.0.5-rc1-bin/
Note that `Apache Spark 4.0.4` is still tested by `integration-test-ubuntu`
