[thin](https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/net.snowflake/snowflake-jdbc-thin)
### Why are the changes needed?
The Snowflake JDBC Driver was introduced in SPARK-50666 as a test scope
dependency because `JDBCSuite` requires the JDBC driver defined by the built-in
`JdbcDialect` to be loadable.
While the
[shaded](https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/net.snowflake/snowflake-jdbc)
Snowflake JDBC Driver contains SPI entries that pollute the classpath and cause
the known issues
