Reto Bachmann-Gmür resolved STANBOL-749.

Resolution: Fixed
Added the service org.apache.stanbol.commons.ldpathtemplate.LdRenderer. Because
the osgi bundle providing LDPath template requires newer versions of LDPath
(core and api) the added bundle contains the source of LDPath template, this is
obsolete once STANBOL-748 is resolved.
