Currently, the OpenNLP models of the data bundles are downloaded into
src/main/resources. This makes it hard to see that these files are not really
part of the Stanbol source tree.
We should download those resources into a "downloads/resources" folder instead
of the src folder. This makes it easier and obvious for releases that we do not
include the downloaded files in source releases.
