The Factstore component is not used in practice and was more a proof of
concept. Since there is no one currently working and supporting this component,
we should move it to contrib. Maybe there will be some future use case that
let's us reactivate this code.
Moving it to contrib will also mean to move the documentation on the website.
People should not get confused by such an unmaintained component in the code
base.
