The EntityLinking engine should reuse already present TextAnnotations in the
metadata of the ContentItem instead of creating duplicates with the same start
and end positions.
EntityAnnotations are assumed to be equals if
* rdf:type includes fise:TextAnnotation
* fise:start is the same value
* fise:end is the same value
To existing Annotations the
* dc:type values
* a dc:contributor <this engine>
are added
