While empty Spans are not intended to be added to the AnalysedText ContentPart
the Entitylinking engine MUST not fail is empty spans are encountered.
Currently empty Spans do cause an index out of bounds type Exception while
processing. Instead empty Spans should be ignored.
This has also the advantage the "token match counts" and token distance based
configurations are not affected by empty tokens
