currently a lot of code relies on Jersey specific extensions and thus doesn't
run on any jax-rs implementation.
As no other proposal to support this in a portable way has been made clerezza
jaxrs.utils which provide a MessageBodyReader for MultiPartBody shall be added
to the commons bundlelist.
