The o.a.stanbol.commons.sor.core bundle already uses
"<DynamicImport-Package>*</DynamicImport-Package>". This means that it will
import additional Solr dependencies provided by other bundles. This is already
used by "org.apache.stanbol.commons.solr.extras.paoding",
"org.apache.stanbol.commons.solr.extras.smartcn" and
"org.apache.stanbol.commons.solr.extras.stempel". SolrCloud should work in the
same way.
I am +1 for merging the 4.1 version into trunk. I will start to work on that
later today.
