* add the new SolrYardComponent - the OSGI @Component
* convert the SolrYard to a POJO
* change constructor of take all required dependencies
* change all Components that already use the SolrYard outside an OSGI
environment to use the new Constructor
* move utilities to get the SolrServer outside of an OSGI environment
currently part of the SolrYard class to the o.a.stanbol.commons.solr.managed
module.
