Fixing this issue required to add
<repositories>
<repository>
<id>maven-restlet</id>
<name>Public online Restlet repository</name>
<url>http://maven.restlet.org</url>
</repository>
</repositories>
to the pom.xml file of o.a.stanbol.commons.solr.core, becuase starting with
Solr 4.2 there is a dependency to two restlet.org modules and those
dependencies are only available on that server.
