The OSGi rebundling of Freemarker uses version 0.12.0-SNAPSHOT, which does not
correspond to the actual Freemarker version used. This makes it very difficult
to configure a setup where freemarker is provided by the systen bundle instead.
The bundle should instead use the version number of the Freemarker version that
is actually bundled.
