This will add two new options to the Entityhub Indexing tool
* postprocess: Skip indexing and directly start with post-processing.
* finalise: Skip indexing and post-processing; only finalises the index.
Those options can be used to directly start with an specific phase. e.g. to
directly start with the finalise phase after a previous call encountered an
OutOfMemory error while optimizing the SolrIndex.
