Currently the SimilarityConstraint does not allow to explicitly parse the
language of the Context. Because of that MLT queries in the SolrYard are
performed in the field containing labels in all languages.
This issue will
* allow to provide the list of languages to be used for the SimilarityConstraint
* the SolrYard will be extended to correctly encode parsed languages for fields
used for the MLT query
* the disambiguation-mlt engine will use the language of the current document
when creating SimilarityConstraints
