The EntityDereferenceEngine should provide additional contextual information to
the EntityDereferencer
* offline mode: Currently parsed as a parameter should become part of this
context
* content language(s): The language(s) as detected for the content.
* accept language(s): Set of languages parsed by the request (e.g. via the
Accept-Language header). Even if this is currently not possible with the
Stanbol Enhancer having such should be already anticipated by the
EnittyDereferencer.
The EntityDereferencer#dereference(..) method will be adapted to have the
'boolean offlineMode' parameter removed and a 'DereferenceContext derefContext'
parameter added
