Paoding does not support Solr 4 therefore support of it was already removed
from trunk with STANBOL-1187. However in the 0.12 branch the modules are still
present.
However as Paoding was excluded from the 0.12.0 release (as it is no longer
functional) modules depending on
'org.apache.stanbol.commons.solr.extras.paoding' do no longer compile.
Because of that all Paoding related modules should be also releted from the
releasing-0.12 branch.
NOTE: The last release of Stanbol using Solr 3.x is commons-0.11.0
