* Adding IgnoreUnrecognizedVMOptions to make worker process start with
jdk-11
May of the default jvm parameters are no longer supported in java versions
> 11. This will result in the worker process getting crashed.
eg: https://github.com/31z4/storm-docker/issues/32
The official storm docker hub (https://hub.docker.com/_/storm) now ships
jdk-11 and worker process fails with Error: Could not create the Java Virtual
Machine.
